Ester Paris Mauro is the second-generation owner of a family-run floral business established in 1976 called Ital Florist Ltd. This flower shop is one of the largest and busiest florists in the Toronto area with thousands of different fresh and beautiful flower arrangements for any occasion. Being the in-house certified wedding and events specialist, Ester creates breathtaking arrangements that meet the client’s vision, relative to their decor, theme, budget, and venue. Ester will teach students the importance of unique floral arrangements for any event. This will help students become more aware of how important seamless color schemes are to make the overall design of the event look perfect. This includes understanding seasonal arrangements, determining proper floral placement, budgeting, and coordinating themes with other vendors such as decor.
