This package is tailored for the current event planner who may require guidance and information regarding an existing event being planned. The package focuses on communication and troubleshooting with one team member from REAL Event Planners Academy

The Package includes: 

• 5 incoming emails per event topic to a maximum of 6 topics (i.e; Email subject “Flowers”, Email subject “The Entertainment”, etc.)
• 2 hours of either phone/video call or in-person consultation

4 Days – (16 hours) 

In this course students will learn the fundamentals of creating an Action Plan required to execute the event. Students will acquire the tools on how to get to know clients and professional vendors through detailed discussion and analysis.

Prerequisite: 1 year experience in Event Planning Industry 

The key elements will cover: 

• Knowing the players in detail
• Building an Action Plan to execute the event 
• SWOT analysis
• Critical Path Thinking 
• Risk Management

• Sample contracts
• Sample works orders
• Example of Professional Vendor questionnaire
• Example of Client questionnaire
