In this course students will learn the fundamentals of creating an Action Plan required to execute the event. Students will acquire the tools on how to get to know clients and professional vendors through detailed discussion and analysis.
Prerequisite: 1 year experience in Event Planning Industry
The key elements will cover:
- Knowing the players in detail
- Building an Action Plan to execute the event
- SWOT analysis
- Critical Path Thinking
- Risk Management
